Do I need Elevate UC to use Contact Center?

No. Contact Center Pro and Elite can be sold standalone.

However, most customers pair Contact Center with Elevate UC to give agents a single desktop app for collaboration and customer contact handling, with presence sync and shared reporting.

What’s the difference between Contact Center Pro and Elite?

Pro – Core contact center features, advanced routing, dashboards, reports, and optional omni-channel add-ons.

Elite – Everything in Pro plus built-in omni-channel queues, outbound campaigns, QA tools, AI evaluator, and extended integration/self-service capabilities.

Can I support remote and hybrid agents?
Yes. Agents can log in from anywhere with a supported device and internet connection while supervisors still get full real-time dashboards and monitoring.  
How is Contact Center licensed?
Both plans use concurrent seats — you license the maximum number of agents signed in at the same time, not your total headcount. This keeps costs aligned with actual usage.
Is this secure and compliant?
